Update on Purchase

At our last shareholder meeting we outlined three key outstanding actions to complete the purchase of our pub. We are delighted to confirm that: - We are now registered as a Community Benefit Society - FCA ref 7716 - We have clarified the position re VAT and have submitted our registration documents to HMRC. - We are in the final stages of concluding our application for the loans with CCF and expect good news very soon. We have also held another open day, when a potential tenant had a look around and several tradesmen were able to give quotes for the work needed. All in all, the news is good and we hope to share more exciting news over the next couple of weeks!
