Happy New Year!

We hope that you enjoyed the festive season, and we wish all our followers a belated happy new year.

Our progress towards saving our pub is moving forward well and we wanted to share some of the progress with you here:

- Our work towards converting to a Community Benefit Society is progressing well, with our application now having been fully submitted.

- Our application for the loan to match the £50,000 grant that we have been offered has also been submitted and is in progress. We are optimistic of a decision soon.

- We are making good progress in developing ideas and obtaining quotations for work that is needed to update the pub and will of course share these plans with our investors, for inputs, as they are developed.

- Following consultation with our investors, there was overwhelming support (80%+) for changing the name of the pub to ‘The Winterbourne’ when it re-opens.
